Role description
This full-time, on-site Senior Associate / Principal role is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role is responsible for conducting market research, evaluating investment opportunities, financial analysis, due diligence, investment memo creation, and post-investment portfolio support.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to assess investment opportunities and conduct due diligence.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying industry trends.
- Ability to create investment memos and communicate insights clearly.
- Ability to build relationships with founders, technical teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, collaborate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, or related field preferred.
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company is beneficial.
- Technical fluency in AI, machine learning, software infrastructure, semiconductors, robotics, frontier computing, or other deep tech sectors.
