Investment Criteria
- Stage: We target the Seed stage. We find that to be the most exciting time to partner with companies and the stage that we can add the most value as investors.
- Geography: We invest primarily in companies based in the Northeast, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest.
- Sector: We invest exclusively in B2B software. While we're industry agnostic, we focus on Vertical Software and Knowledge Worker Tools as broad themes.
- Traction: Our investments typically show early signs of product-market fit and revenue traction. For a typical SaaS company, our sweet spot is $20-50K+ in MRR.
- Check Size: We target $1.5-2.5M initial checks and reserve capital for follow-on rounds.
- Structure: We prefer to lead rounds.
