Responsibilities <ul><li>Execute end-to-end audit processes for various fund structures</li><li>Review and evaluate fund accounting processes, NAV calculations, and financial statements</li><li>Assess internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and develop audit programs</li><li>Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers</li><li>Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders</li><li>Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Professional qualification in SG CPA, CPAA, ACCA or any equivalent </li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of audit experience, preferably with a Big4 FS background.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of fund structures, investment products, and financial instruments.</li><li>Proficiency in audit software and the Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and SFC regulations.</li><li>Experience with automated audit tools and data analytics.</li><li>Strong project and time management as its a one man band position. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.</li><li>Immediately Available is a PLUS. </li></ul> How To Apply Interested parties, please send your CV directly to <a href="mailto:oscar@kingdeux.com">oscar@kingdeux.com</a> or apply directly.
