Our target investments fit this profile:
- B2B software companies, ideally SaaS.
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) between $1m and $5m.
- Positive EBITDA or a realistic path to get there in the short-term.
- Located in the Southeast United States. We are located in Durham (NC) and can add the most value to companies located close to us.
