Israel Secondary Fund (ISF) — Israel’s leading secondary fund with over $500M in assets under management — is looking for a sharp, hands-on Assistant Controller to join our growing finance team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a lean and high-performing team in the heart of Israel’s private tech investment ecosystem. You'll work closely with senior leadership, have broad exposure across fund operations, and play a key role in shaping our financial processes as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliations
Assist with capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
Help manage regulatory and tax filings
Contribute to fund administration and operational workflows
Work directly with the Fund Controller and CFO on strategic financial projects
What We’re Looking For
CPA-qualified (must)
2 – 4 years of experience, ideally from a Big 4 accounting firm
Experience with VC/PE clients – a strong advantage
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
A team player with an “ownership” mindset and strong work ethic
