Investment philosophy
ICP is focused on executives with growth appetite and businesses with an untapped growth opportunity. We look to invest when the business is in its global expansion mode and has a substantial customer and revenue base. We aspire to support management teams in scaling their business and utilize a strategic toolkit that includes IPO preparation. We have a long term investment horizon and willingness to be patient when the right team finds the right market opportunity.
