Associate – Investments

We’re looking to onboard an Associate – Investments to work closely with the Principal and support the investment team in building a high-impact venture platform.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the venture capital lifecycle and actively contribute to sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in high-potential startups.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
The Associate will assist the Principal across the full investment lifecycle — from deal sourcing and research to diligence, execution support, and portfolio tracking.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
a. Support deal sourcing, screening, and pipeline management across early and growth-stage startups
b. Conduct detailed research on markets, sectors, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends
c. Perform financial analysis, business evaluation, and prepare investment notes/memos
d. Assist in due diligence across business, technology, and commercial aspects
e. Work with founders to gather information, refine materials, and support fundraising readiness
f. Support transaction execution, investor coordination, and documentation
g. Assist in portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, and reporting

𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 (𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝)
Working interest or exposure to deep-tech and emerging sectors such as:
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Climate Tech
Advanced Manufacturing
Space & Frontier Technologies
Biotech and other emerging innovation sectors

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• 3-4 years of experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, or Startup Strategy
• Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills
• Understanding of startup ecosystems and venture investment dynamics
• High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
