Job role

Creating Designs -

1. Design creative assets for social media, print, and digital campaigns across all programs and events.
2. Own IIMA Ventures collateral creation, from concept to final artwork.
3. Design and maintain visual elements for the website and landing pages.
4. Create decks, brochures, reports, and event materials for internal and external use.
5. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, applying and evolving brand guidelines.
6. Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers for print production when required.
7. Deliver content within tight timelines.
8. Deliver quick turnaround needs for announcements and updates.
9. Convert written or long-form content into short, visual storytelling formats.
10. Knowledge and working experience of AI design and video tools.
11. Use AI tools to create engaging graphics from existing content such as reports. 

Must have skills

• Experience creating LinkedIn, X and Instagram-first content.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong execution mindset — fast, reliable, detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in dynamic event environments.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests with quick turnaround.

Good to have skills

• Interest in start-ups, entrepreneurship, and innovation ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 0 to 2 of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and others.
• Portfolio demonstrating both static design and video/motion work required.
