IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre
Nonprofit technology business incubator at IIM Udaipur offering acceleration, mentoring, workspace and seed-funding access to technology, women-led and social-impact startups.
IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre (IIMUIC) is a nonprofit Technology Business Incubator based at the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur in Udaipur, Rajasthan, and supported by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. It works with students, faculty, and entrepreneurs to convert early-stage ideas into scalable, viable businesses, combining technology and business assistance with workspace, mentorship, and connections to subject-matter experts and industry practitioners.
Its activity spans three identifiable segments: technology ventures broadly; women-led enterprises, which receive targeted programme support; and rural and social-impact enterprises. Startups across stages are served through structured acceleration programmes, with funding access and startup-network connections forming part of the offering. Startups in its network have collectively generated revenue of more than ₹50 crore, the only scale metric published by the organisation.
Institutionally, IIMUIC draws on the faculty and wider entrepreneurial community of IIM Udaipur, with a stated focus on excellence, innovation, and inclusive growth. Founding year, team size, and dedicated fund size are not disclosed; the incubator describes itself as nonprofit and does not report a specific check size or investment mandate.
