We are seeking an experienced and professional Administrative Assistant to support a Principal and multiple Senior Associates on the Growth Investment team. This successful candidate will also collaborate closely with other members of the ICONIQ Growth Support Team and other ICONIQ colleagues across the firm. This role sits within ICONIQ Growth which partners with founders defining the future of their industries to transform the world.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones for a Principal and Senior Associates.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including last-minute changes and after-hours support when needed.
- Prepare and process monthly expense reports for supported team members.
- Support planning and logistics for conferences, meetings, and internal and external events.
- Build strong working relationships across the Venture & Growth team and collaborate closely with administrative colleagues across the firm.
- Help improve administrative processes and systems to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness.
- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth workflow and execution.
- Assist with special projects and other team initiatives as needed.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders is preferred.
- Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or other fast-paced professional environments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals across all levels of an organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, think proactively, and solve problems effectively.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office required; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $43.26 to $50.48 an hour, overtime eligible; $90,000 - $95,000 annualized, based on a standard 40-hour workweek for 52 weeks.
