HELLA Ventures

Hella Ventures is the corporate venture investment operation of FORVIA HELLA, a listed automotive supplier and member of the FORVIA Group. Its areas of interest track the parent company's technical portfolio: automotive lighting and LED technology, light-based driver assistance systems, vehicle electronics, sensors, and energy management, together with spare parts and workshop services delivered through the Lifecycle Solutions business to the independent parts trade.

FORVIA HELLA was founded in 1899 and is internationally positioned, with fiscal-year 2024 sales of €8.1 billion. Its product base spans headlamps, rear combination lamps and vehicle body and interior lighting, alongside LED lighting development and lighting-based driver assistance technologies. Vehicle electronics, sensors and energy management round out the engineering scope, with Lifecycle Solutions supplying parts and services to workshops and the independent aftermarket.

The end markets served extend beyond passenger cars to special-vehicle manufacturing, agriculture machinery and construction machinery. In the United States the company operates three sites with more than 650 employees.
