Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential Partner Associate to work directly with the partners on fund operations and corporate development topics. This is a highly hands-on generalist role for someone who enjoys execution, learns fast, and wants to help grow our venture fund. Please note: Despite exposure to our investment process, this is not an investment role.
Key Responsibilities
Execute corporate development initiatives: drive strategic projects, partnerships, ecosystem initiatives, and special projects end-to-end
Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations: IC decks, LP updates, partner pitches, strategy decks, and event/speaking materials
Coordinate cross-stakeholder workflows: work with partners, advisors, and portfolio companies to drive deliverables and ensure execution quality
Drive visibility and ecosystem exposure: identify high-impact appearances across different channels, secure opportunities, prepare partner narratives
Support fund operations: coordinate portfolio reporting, dashboards, investor materials and internal processes
Leverage AI tools to improve speed and automation: streamline workflows (e.g. reporting, slide creation, data consolidation)
Take full ownership of projects end-to-end: “get things done”, create momentum, and deliver high-quality outcomes independently
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or similar high-performance environment
Strong analytical and structured thinking
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills (this is non-negotiable)
Very hands-on, proactive, and execution-driven
Fast learner with strong interest in AI tools and new technologies
Interest in venture capital, startups, and healthtech
Entrepreneurial mindset, high attention to detail, and strong work ethic
Fluent in German and English required
