  • Drive visibility and ecosystem exposure: identify high-impact appearances across different channels, secure opportunities, prepare partner narratives

  • Support fund operations: coordinate portfolio reporting, dashboards, investor materials and internal processes

  • Leverage AI tools to improve speed and automation: streamline workflows (e.g. reporting, slide creation, data consolidation)

  • Take full ownership of projects end-to-end: “get things done”, create momentum, and deliver high-quality outcomes independently

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or similar high-performance environment

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking

  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills (this is non-negotiable)

  • Very hands-on, proactive, and execution-driven

  • Interest in venture capital, startups, and healthtech

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high attention to detail, and strong work ethic

  • Fluent in German and English required

  • Unique access to a network of thousands of founders, investors and healthcare professionals

  • Broad responsibility across operations, strategy, and portfolio support

  • Steep learning curve with clear path toward increased responsibility

  • Opportunity to grow into a long-term role within the fund as we scale
