Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Moscow. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential investment opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and developing strategic initiatives. Key tasks include research and analysis of market trends, preparing presentations and proposals, conducting business negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to support portfolio company growth. You will play a critical role in driving the firm's growth and contributing to its mission.
Qualifications
Strong business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with private equity and venture capital industries, particularly in high-tech sectors
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
Proficiency in English and Russian is required
Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, or a private equity firm is highly advantageous
