We are expanding our global scout program and looking for ambitious, well-connected individuals who want exposure to venture capital and access to high-signal opportunities — all with full flexibility and uncapped upside.
Role: Venture Scout
Location: Global (Remote)
Commitment: Flexible, 2–5 hours/week, part-time
Compensation: Success-based (carry, upside participation, bonuses)
What You’ll Do
As a Venture Scout, you will:
Identify high-potential founders and early-stage startups in your network
Make warm introductions to our investment team
Help surface exceptional opportunities in AI, software, fintech, crypto, consumer, healthcare, and frontier sectors
Participate in private deal-flow discussions, founder events, and the broader scout community
Build relationships with founders, builders, operators, angels, and ecosystem leaders
Get exclusive access to content, insights, and closed opportunities through our network
This role does not require selling, pressure, or closing — your job is to spot talent and make introductions.
