Your Role as a VC Intern
Deals Scouting and Screening
Scout the best Italian founders researching platforms like LinkedIn and Lighthouse, and engaging in ecosystem initiatives
Keep an eye on our deal flow using Attio, assess inbound applications, and participate in initial calls with founders
Internal Tools and Automation
Support the Vento team in building and maintaining internal tools to streamline deal flow, portfolio management, and operational processes
Leverage platforms like Zapier, n8n, and Notion to optimize internal operations
Founders Engagement
Support the team in engaging the founders' community by contributing to the organisation of meetups, masterclasses, or similar
What We’re Looking For
Curiosity and Initiative: Embrace a spirit of exploration and innovation, always seeking to improve processes and workflows
Startup Enthusiasm: Demonstrate a genuine passion for startups and innovation, staying on top of cutting-edge developments in the field
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of vibe coding and AI native tools
Analytical Problem-Solver: Tendency in critically evaluating the problem ahead, with a talent for building solutions to solve it
