We’re looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Intern to join our team.

About Us

Founders Launchpad is an early-stage startup accelerator in the Philippines designed to empower founders with investment, mentorship, operational support, and a founder-first community.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Intern, you will work hands-on with one of our ventures to drive growth through sales pipeline development, GTM strategy execution, and strategic partnerships—taking a founder's mindset while supporting operational initiatives and growth experiments in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Responsibilities

Business Development for a Venture

  • Market Expansion: Support sales pipeline building, customer outreach, and partnerships for one of our ventures.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Assist in building and executing GTM strategies, including messaging, materials, CRM management, and lead generation.

  • Growth Experiments: Test and analyze marketing, sales, and operational experiments to help scale the venture.

  • Operations Support: Collaborate with the venture’s founders on internal tools, process design, and strategic projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in their third or fourth year, with a focus on Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Prior internship experience or relevant coursework is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down problems and use data to drive decisions.

  • Proven initiative and comfort with ambiguity — you are resourceful, solutions-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Deep curiosity about startups, innovation, and building from 0 to 1.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A hands-on, founder-like mentality — you’re not afraid to take ownership.

  • Available to commit to a minimum 3-month internship, with potential for extension into a long-term internship or full-time opportunity.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Monday.com, Hubspot, or SQL.

  • Prior startup experience.

  • Passion for a specific domain such as fintech, logistics, healthtech, or consumer tech.
