What you’ll do
Deal origination and sourcing: Proactively search for promising startups in the Baltics.
Screening: Conduct initial calls with startups to evaluate their potential.
Analysis: Conduct market research, sector mapping, and competitive analysis to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
Memo Writing: Prepare clear, well-structured investment memos and research summaries.
Data Management: Keep deal flow and portfolio data organized in Airtable and Notion.
Automation: Explore and implement tools that improve internal workflows and data processes.
Networking: Build meaningful connections with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners to grow our sourcing network and brand.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or a related field.
1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, consulting or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and curiosity about startups, technology, and markets.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently - both in writing and during calls or meetings.
Comfortable with analytical tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets; experience with Airtable is a plus.
Good research and synthesis skills; able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how venture capital really works.
