Role Overview
This is a junior/early-career role with direct mentorship from the founder and full exposure to the venture capital lifecycle. As a Venture Analyst, you will support research, deal screening, due diligence, and internal investment processes.
This role is ideal for sharp, curious, and ambitious talent looking to grow into full-stack investors.
What You'll Do
Sourcing & Market Research
Identify promising startups, founders, and emerging market themes.
Conduct market research to map industries, competitors, and sector trends.
Build and maintain a structured deal pipeline across local and global markets.
Deal Screening & Early Diligence
Review inbound deals and prepare clear summaries for the investment team.
Support early-stage diligence across commercial, financial, and strategic areas.
Assist in evaluating founder background, business models, and market fit.
Investment Process & IC Support
Contribute to research sections of investment memos and IC materials.
Support financial analysis, valuations, and benchmarking tasks.
Help maintain clean data, dashboards, and performance trackers.
Portfolio & Internal Support
Assist with collecting portfolio updates and tracking KPIs.
Support founders with light research or operational tasks when needed.
Prepare summaries, presentations, and internal documents for the team.

Preferred Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in finance, consulting, research, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or similar.
Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
Familiarity with startups or venture ecosystems is a plus (not required).
