The Role
Support the investment team across:
- Sourcing pre-seed startups
- Conducting initial screening calls independently
- Managing applications
- Accompanying startups through due diligence
- Attending Investment Committee meetings
- Creating research deep dives
- Assisting with portfolio support activities
Requirements
- Strong academics in economics or technology
- Exceptional analytical capabilities
- Independent work comfort
- Curiosity
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for venture capital
- Full working proficiency in German and English
