Finberg

Finberg is a venture capital management company based in Türkiye, founded in 2018 as Fibabanka's fintech-focused corporate venture capital initiative. From those origins it has developed into a firm with a dual investment activity: direct equity positions in startups and commitments to venture capital funds. To date it has completed more than 60 deals and invested over $100 million in aggregate.

The direct investment programme targets ambitious startups in Türkiye and the wider region, with particular attention to fintech, retail technology and technology-driven businesses more broadly. Alongside capital, the firm works with founders on building and scaling their businesses, introductions to strategic partners, and expansion into international markets - a hands-on model rather than a passive one. Portfolio companies also gain access to connections across the Fibabanka relationship and the wider Fiba Group.

The fund investment arm complements this by backing venture capital funds, giving the firm exposure across both the primary fund market and direct deal flow. Geographic reach spans Türkiye, the surrounding region and, through portfolio support, international markets. The Fibabanka affiliation situates the firm within banking, and corporate venture capital remains part of its history and operating base.
