This time we know the product that the market needs and how to sell it, we are looking for a technologist to help us build it.
The role
You run tech and product from zero: the architecture, the stack, the first version, and the team you grow around you. You'll work directly with EVP's leadership and subject-matter experts, with real ownership and decision-making from the start. The role is open at senior engineer or technical lead, with a clear path to technical leadership as the product scales.
It's a ground-up build of enterprise scale, supported by an established pipeline and a real competitive edge. You'll be solving a real problem for a committed first user, not a hypothesis. We'll share the full detail with the right person.
What you'll own
- Defining the architecture and choosing the stack
- Shipping the first version and iterating on it in production
- Setting the bar for security, data integrity and reliability
- Hiring and leading the engineers who come after you
About you
- Strong full-stack engineer with experience shipping production software end-to-end
- Comfortable owning work from problem definition through to deployment
- Experience shipping AI features and building with AI
- Solid grounding in modern web frameworks, relational databases, and API design
- High standards on security, data integrity, and reliability
- Self-directed, low ego, and energised by building
