We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to drive global fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with leading institutional investors.

Position Summary

EVP is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its global platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in USD-denominated private equity or venture capital, proven experience in fundraising and limited partner (LP) relationship management, and the ability to engage effectively with global institutional investors.

This role combines strategic execution with deep investor engagement, serving as a critical bridge between our investment platform and international LP community.

Investor Relations Senior Associate / Director

Location: Flexible – candidates may be based in major global cities

Reports to: Managing Partner & Head of Investor Relations

Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective limited partners (LPs), ensuring consistent, transparent, and insightful communication.

  • Prepare and deliver investor materials, including quarterly reports, market updates, and fund performance summaries.

  • Support the planning and execution of annual investor meetings, global roadshows, and conference calls.

Fundraising & Business Development

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies targeting institutional investors, family offices, and corporate LPs across global markets.

  • Develop and refine institutional marketing materials (pitch decks, DDQs, data room materials, etc.) to effectively communicate the fund’s strategy and track record.

  • Manage the end-to-end fundraising process—from investor engagement to commitment close.

Due Diligence & Internal Coordination

  • Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with investment, finance, and legal teams to provide timely, accurate information to LPs.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the fund’s strategy, portfolio, and performance drivers to communicate confidently with investors.

  • Act as the “voice of the investor” internally, providing feedback and market insights to support fund strategy and positioning.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of Investor Relations or Fundraising experience within USD-denominated private equity or venture capital funds.

  • Strong understanding of global LP ecosystems, fundraising cycles, and investor expectations.

  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other capital partners.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; international education or professional experience preferred.
