ElevenX Capital is a venture capital fund and venture studio building 1,000 companies. Based in Gurgaon (preference for graduates from SRCC, Hans Raj, Master's Union). Hiring multiple Associate Chiefs of Staff.

You will work on

• Preparing briefing notes, agendas, and follow-ups for partner and portfolio meetings
• Tracking commitments across the fund and studio
• Research sprints on markets, companies, and people ahead of decisions
• Drafting internal memos, updates, and external correspondence
• Coordinating across founders, advisors, and service providers
• Building operating cadence — dashboards, trackers, and reporting rhythms
• Running discrete projects end to end

Unusually organized, with strong written communication, research instincts, and comfort owning follow-through in a fast-moving VC + venture studio environment.
