Job Opening
We are opening a new position for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team as we continue building and elevating our corporate venture capital platform.
You will work closely with the team and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will provide hands-on support across fund operations, financial processes, and portfolio management activities in a lean and collaborative team.
- Assist in ensuring our practices comply with internal and external regulatory requirements, such as corporate investment, taxes, and reporting regulations
- Support annual regulatory filings, such as Annual Declaration, Common Reporting Standard (CRS), and Economic Substance filings
- Support periodic operational cost analysis, expense tracking, financial reporting and forecasting, audit exercises, and investor updates
- Support internal investment processes, including preparation of Investment Committee materials and coordination of legal documentation
- Support post-investment portfolio management activities, such as financial performance tracking, business updates, and portfolio revaluations
- Support regular operational functions, such as payment processing, platform subscriptions, and internal administrative processes
- Other tasks and projects as needed
What You Will Learn
- End-to-end exposure to corporate venture capital operations
- Hands-on experience with investment processes, regulatory filings, and portfolio reporting
- Exposure to investment decision-making processes and corporate venture capital strategy
- Mentorship and close collaboration with senior team members
Your Skills, Abilities, and Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum two years of experience in a professional accounting firm environment, with exposure to structured processes, tight deadlines, and high standards of execution
- CPA qualification is a plus
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and practical communication skills
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency in task execution
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a discreet and confidential approach
- Experience in building and maintaining solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly as part of a team
- Proficiency in macOS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven integrity, ethics, and professionalism
