Diagram (part of Sagard) seeks an Analyst to support venture launches in Fintech and ClimateTech. The role reports to the Fintech Venture Creation Principal and involves developing investment theses, generating venture ideas, conducting market research, and leading pre-seed ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating investment theses on opportunity areas
- Generating and pitching venture concepts
- Performing market analysis, competitive assessment, and financial modeling
- Developing pitch decks and investment memos
- Owning venture development through pre-seed phase
- Vetting founders and matching with venture concepts
- Building community engagement
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in early-stage VC, tech startups, consulting, or venture studios
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Technical or business degree
- FinTech / InsureTech background preferred
