BHive is an innovation hub and startup incubator based in Brampton, Canada, established in 2021 in partnership with the City of Brampton. Its core activity is helping founders build and scale businesses through practical guidance, mentorship, business connections and market-entry support, with a particular focus on international founders establishing operations in Canada and expanding across North America.
The organisation runs two principal programmes. An incubator and launchpad supports global founders entering the Canadian market, connecting them with expertise, investors and partners across the region. The BNext AI program is a 30-day, hands-on engagement designed to help established businesses apply AI to concrete operational priorities, including quoting, payments, reducing duplicate costs and customer acquisition. Reported scale to date comprises 122 startups supported, 215 founders from 28 countries, and 94 established businesses worked with across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
BHive's work spans business incubation, international market entry and AI adoption, serving entrepreneurship and startup, small and established business, and international founder market-entry segments. The operating model is hands-on and partnership-driven; named partners include the City of Brampton, the Toronto Business Development Centre and Scale AI. Geographic reach covers Brampton and the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, extending to Canada and North America.
