The Role
The Investment Analyst or Associate role is an exciting opportunity to join the Bailador team and invest in the next wave of great technology entrepreneurs in Australia and New Zealand.
You will become a core member of the investment team and actively involved in sourcing new investment opportunities, meeting founders, preparing investment papers, contributing to investment committee discussions, and supporting portfolio companies. You will work closely with senior members of the team from day one.
The Candidate
We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, which may include direct venture capital or private equity experience, equity research, investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or working in a startup.
The ideal candidate will likely have between 1-3 years of prior work experience but we are also open to exceptional recent university graduates.

Experience with financial modelling and accounting is preferred.
