Axilor Ventures is an early-stage venture capital fund and startup accelerator based in Bengaluru, India. It invests at the seed and pre-Series A stages, combining capital with hands-on support in the work of building and growing a company. The firm was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and states an aim of helping founders build category-leading companies.

Its activity is organised across three programmes. The Seed Funding Program is the core investment vehicle, backing roughly 8 to 12 startups a year at seed and pre-Series A. An accelerator program runs alongside the fund as part of the firm's founder support work. Axilor Labs is a separate initiative that backs research-oriented, intellectual-property-led ideas, extending the mandate beyond conventional software investing.

Portfolio interest spans a broad set of sectors, including supply chain, enterprise software and enterprise SaaS, healthcare, agriculture, fintech, consumer businesses, climate technology, manufacturing and B2B commerce. The combination of an annual investment cadence of 8 to 12 companies, a defined early-stage focus and a parallel track for IP-led research suggests a selective but repeatable deployment model.
