The Opportunity
We are seeking an Investor Relations Intern to join our Paris office for six months starting March 2026. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role at the center of AIC’s fundraising and investor communications efforts.
You will work directly with a Partner and the CFO, gaining exposure to LP relations, fundraising strategy, and the launch of new investment vehicles, with a front-row view into how a leading AI-focused VC firm operates and scales.
Responsibilities
Fundraising & Investor Relations
Research and engage potential investors with interest in AI and deeptech
Support tailored fundraising strategies across LP profiles
Organize, attend, and follow up on investor meetings
Support presentations of the fund, team, and portfolio
Fund Marketing & Materials
Prepare and update teasers, pitch decks, and investor presentations
Maintain documentation in line with portfolio and fund evolution
Investor Onboarding & Due Diligence
Support LP due diligence and respond to investor questions
Assist with onboarding alongside fund administrators and internal teams
Communication & Platform
Update AIC’s website and LinkedIn
Support media outreach, events, and senior team speaking opportunities
Help organize events and partnerships within AIC’s network
Required Skills
Ability to produce investor-grade materials with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interest in venture capital, AI, and technology
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Professional judgment and discretion with senior stakeholders and LPs
Proactive, autonomous, execution-oriented mindset
Ideally, prior experience in a client-facing finance role (VC, PE, IB, asset management, advisory)
Profile
Currently studying or recently graduated from a leading business school or university
Native-level English or fully bilingual required
