Your Mission
As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will handle contract drafting, compliance checks, and legal coordination for Allocator One’s global activities. You will provide regional coverage as part of a rotation, ensuring legal support is always available across time zones.
Tasks
- Draft, review, and standardize agreements for sponsorships, vendors, and partners.
- Support compliance processes and document due diligence.
- Provide quick legal insights to operational and executive teams across regions.
- Maintain an organized digital repository of legal templates and signed contracts.
- Coordinate with external counsel when needed.
- Participate in daily handovers to ensure global continuity of legal support.
Requirements
- Law degree with 3+ years of professional experience (corporate or commercial law).
- Strong understanding of international contracts and cross-border compliance.
- Fluent in English (C1 required), other languages are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Prior experience in remote or international environments preferred.
