## Role description
As a General Partner, you'll mentor founders in the accelerator program - helping teams refine their pitches, connect with investors, and close seed rounds. You'll evaluate applicants during admissions, advise founders through critical moments such as pivots and leadership transitions, and produce content through podcasts, essays, and posts on X and LinkedIn.
## Requirements
- Entrepreneurial experience with a track record of building and scaling companies
- Deep knowledge of startup development in crypto and/or AI
- Strong judgment in evaluating technical founders
- High emotional intelligence paired with discretion
## Preferred
- Prior investment experience in early-stage companies
- An established network within the crypto or AI investing communities
This role requires relocation to NYC and is onsite only. Base salary $250,000-$300,000 plus equity, depending on experience.
