Acronym VC is an early-stage venture capital firm investing in B2B software, artificial intelligence and technology-enabled businesses, primarily at late-seed and early Series A. The firm targets rounds of $2 million to $6 million and writes cheques ranging from $500,000 to $3 million, with the flexibility to lead, co-lead or participate alongside other investors. For B2B companies under consideration, it looks for at least $1 million in annual recurring revenue.

The firm's stated preference is for capital-efficient companies with demonstrated product-market-fit execution that are addressing real problems. Portfolio and prospect sectors span hospitality, commerce, workflow, fintech, proptech, cybersecurity and healthcare, alongside broader enterprise and SMB software.

Alongside capital, Acronym VC works with founders on revenue growth and preparation for subsequent financing rounds. The team is small; Joshua B. Siegel is founding General Partner and Mat Kaliski is Principal.
