100+ Accelerator

Corporate-backed accelerator founded in 2018 that funds and pilots sustainability startups within the supply chains of six global consumer goods companies.

100+ Accelerator is a corporate-backed accelerator founded in 2018 that pairs early-stage startups with major consumer packaged goods companies to pilot sustainability solutions within live supply chains. The programme is co-sponsored by six multinationals - Anheuser-Busch InBev, The Coca-Cola Company, Colgate-Palmolive, Danone, Mondelēz International and Unilever - giving participating ventures access to operating environments at a scale few early-stage companies reach independently.

Capital deployed is modest and purpose-specific: each startup receives up to $100,000 USD to fund a pilot, structured as an accelerator-stage grant rather than an equity round. In addition to pilot funding, the programme provides programming, remote training, mentorship and access to subject-matter experts. The investment-facing component is Demo Day, at which selected startups present their solutions to investors.

Technical scope is broad but thematic, covering climate solutions, carbon emissions reduction, water stewardship, sustainable packaging, sustainable agriculture, biodiversity and nature conservation, waste reduction and supply chain optimisation. Vertical exposure spans consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, agriculture, packaging and logistics.

The operating model emphasises hands-on piloting in real corporate environments and collaboration between startups and large corporates, with a stated focus on advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals and on environmental and social outcomes including carbon emissions, water stress, waste, biodiversity loss, and worker safety and equity.
