I sit at the intersection of operations, human behavior, and capital allocation, and I'm channeling that into venture capital. My background spans venture-side experience at Delek Innovation, multi-property operations at Hilton, and financial/management analysis at HoldTight Solutions. Across each, the through line has been the same: take complex organizational or financial data, isolate what actually matters, and turn it into decisions that move things forward. At Delek, I worked alongside the investment team on portfolio scouting, screening, and diligence, collaborating across 75+ prospective opportunities and gaining direct exposure to fund structure and capital allocation mechanics from senior investors. At Hilton, I managed a multi-property portfolio like a set of individual business units, growing one property's monthly revenue 4.5x in a single summer by reading a demand shift early and acting on it fast. What differentiates me is my Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Most analysts evaluate the market and the model; I also evaluate the people behind them: founder decision-making, team cohesion, leadership risk, and the behavioral signals that determine whether a company actually executes. I hold a Venture Capital Certificate co-issued by UC Berkeley Law Executive Education, Stanford Law School, and the NVCA, through which I developed hands-on fluency in deal sourcing, due diligence, cap table mechanics, and fund operations. Outside of work, I stay in build mode, deepening my understanding of markets, exploring emerging sectors, and sharpening how I evaluate opportunity and risk. I'm targeting analyst and associate roles at early-stage funds, micro-VCs, and accelerator programs. Let's connect
