<p><strong>Led delivery and programme governance for a wholesale Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) initiative with the Central Bank of the UAE, working across Phase 1 and Phase 2 of a multi-year programme.</strong></p><p>Worked on a greenfield financial infrastructure programme using R3’s Corda DLT platform, contributing to the design and delivery of core components including economic policy frameworks, operating model design, and on-premise infrastructure.</p><p>Acted as a key interface between technical teams and senior stakeholders within the central bank, leading workshops, working groups, and governance forums. Delivered the successful Phase 2 bid presentation and secured continued programme funding.</p>

<p><strong>Advised early-stage manufacturing and technology start-ups on scaling operations, including ERP implementation, production strategy, and supply chain design.</strong></p><p>Led SAP implementation support and training, enabling operational teams to transition to new systems and improve efficiency.</p><p>Designed manufacturing and forecasting models across UK and China supply chains, supporting cost optimisation and scalable production.</p>

<p><strong>Led Business Operations at pi-top, stepped into multiple COO-level responsibilities following senior departures and joined the Management Committee.</strong></p><p>Owned core operational functions including revenue operations, customer support, sales operations, order-to-cash, manufacturing planning, and audit. Aligning cross-functional teams to stabilise and scale the business during a period of transition and during the global-pandemic.</p><p>Delivered key operational improvements including ERP transformation, cost optimisation, and service performance enhancements, improving margins, reducing support resolution times, and strengthening financial and operational controls.<br><br><strong>Contributed to commercial growth through successful international bids, including Ministries of Education in Jamaica and Bhutan, and multi-million dollar proposals across the US and India.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Designed and delivered hardware products for an education technology startup, including PCB and battery systems for flagship computing devices.</strong></p><p>Worked on-site with manufacturers and suppliers in Shenzhen, managing production processes, resolving quality issues, and coordinating engineering changes directly on the factory floor.</p><p>Improved production yield and product quality through root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods, applying Lean principles to optimise manufacturing processes and reduce defects.</p>
