I am a scientifically trained entrepreneur focused on early-stage venture capital for deep tech and life sciences. With a PhD in bioinformatics and cancer biology, I read data rooms and technical claims with equal fluency, so I can underwrite technical risk that many generalists miss. Since 2024, I have contributed to investment and portfolio processes valued at $127.9M. I have supported ventures across immunotherapy, gene therapy, and planetary health by facilitating commercial pivots, advancing TRL derisking models, and advising derisking and commercialization roadmaps, including work tied to a $20M portfolio value, €7.5M in segment value, and €2.5M in financing. After crossing from research into business, I have built commercial functions from scratch, led cross-functional teams, and run technical due diligence and M&A validations. In my previous role, I managed consulting delivery for an acquisition valued at $95M and helped grow partnerships, proposals, and go-to-market execution that added $1.5M in value. Currently I am a Founder and Principal Consultant with an advisory practice that helps deep tech and life sciences teams manage innovation, financing, and derisking go-to-market roadmaps, while I complete a part-time Executive MBA at Antwerp Management School.
