I am an investment and transaction advisory analyst specializing in evaluating businesses and supporting buy-side and sell-side deals for private equity and strategic investors. I combine rigorous financial analysis with commercial assessment to help teams make faster, higher-conviction investment decisions. In my current role, I conduct company profiling, industry research, market assessments, and competitive benchmarking. I build financial analyses and scenario models, identify key growth opportunities and downside risks, and create investor-focused diligence reports and transaction materials. I am especially drawn to venture investing, startup ecosystems, and portfolio value creation. With an MS in Finance from Suffolk University and ongoing securities and accounting certifications, I enjoy working closely with founders, management teams, and investors while delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
