I diligence founder applicants across four sectors, writing more than six memos using the firm’s official evaluation frameworks. I verify identities and backgrounds through open-source research and feed findings into applicant calls; one investigation surfaced disqualifying integrity issues, leading the CEO to include me in the call. I am also designing triage for an approximately 1,800-applicant pipeline, helping clear a roughly 700-applicant backlog, and building UAE/GCC M&A comparables analyses.

Apr 2026 – Present

I co-founded a startup-scoring platform for VC firms built around a five-metric diagnostic, the CFR Score, benchmarked against live, market-calibrated thresholds. I am building the product end-to-end across more than 36 releases and negotiating a $100K pre-seed round at a $1M post-money valuation.

Jun 2026 – Jun 2026

I spent one month embedded in spare-parts operations covering 500–2,000 SKUs and benchmarked processes against Porsche AG global standards. I identified a 26–30 percentage-point inventory-accuracy gap and $120–150 per day in idle-labor costs. I delivered a 15-page report with a three-phase automation roadmap, including eight recommended fixes, seven of which required no budget.
