Lam Ho Man
Early-career AI and investment research analyst focused on data-driven insights for financial services
Hong Kong
I am an analytically rigorous early-career professional combining AI capability with investment and financial-services research support. I am currently pursuing an MSc in Artificial Intelligence in Business at City University of Hong Kong, expected to complete in May 2026. At NielsenIQ (NIQ), I partnered with major global and regional financial institutions to analyze consumer behavior, customer interactions, NPS metrics, and Relationship Manager performance. I delivered 15+ analytical reports and visualizations to senior stakeholders and department heads, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that supported strategic planning and operational improvements. I also built research depth through a part-time role supporting a project on Middle East Sovereign Wealth Funds as part of an ICBC-related initiative. Alongside this, my coursework strengthened my practical AI toolkit, including generative AI and LLM prompt engineering, predictive modeling, and fintech and AI in finance. In my next role, I want to contribute to investment research, analysis, and strategic support by turning data and AI outputs into decisions stakeholders can act on.
