I build small AI-native applications that solve practical problems for 200–500 core users through rapid prototyping and agentic development. I am developing Luca, a SKU-level profit margin tracker and optimizer, and Storekeeper, a compliance and data management tool for Shopify merchants.

I built Marketer Workbench from design sketches through adoption by enterprise early users. I developed an agentic method for creating audience models for click-through rate, conversion, lifetime value, and churn; wrote the system prompt, standardized data definitions for reliable model development, and trained early users.

Jul 2021 – Sep 2024

I championed contextual speed data for driving safety estimation from data management through marketing rollout, increasing ARR by $8MM. I extended driver risk modeling to prospects, owned an AI contract data terms agent with confidence thresholds for approval versus human review, and reduced third-party data backtesting lead time from days to potentially minutes. I also led integration of the safe-driving modeling suite with a major insurer’s data science and actuarial functions, enabling more than 100x application scale.

Aug 2018 – May 2021

I integrated user research and machine learning into an AML and fraud-detection investigative workflow fed by AI transaction monitoring, shortening case resolution time by 17% and eliminating 83% of transaction-level manual review. I led user discovery and solution consulting for three anchor clients, accelerating time to market by three months, and helped define the ideal customer profile for AI-enhanced compliance monitoring products.

Sep 2016 – Jul 2018

I co-founded and led product for Spire, a workflow automation platform that made inserting single-purpose ML classifiers into workflows as simple as dragging an icon onto a flowchart. I completed the inaugural Dubai Future Accelerators cohort with Dubai Property Group as our first enterprise client, supporting repricing of its $8B property portfolio. I managed an offshore engineering team and implemented a structured asynchronous agile alignment process across substantial time-zone differences.
