I source and underwrite acquisition opportunities across New Jersey retail, conduct market research, identify off-market deals, and engage with brokers and property owners. I manage the full leasing lifecycle, including tenant sourcing and placement, vacancy management, and coordination with contractors on maintenance and repairs. I analyze property financials and market conditions to evaluate deal viability and develop acquisition recommendations.

I built and managed a landlord pipeline from scratch through cold outreach, sourcing more than 50 landlords representing over 250 properties and establishing a foundational tenant acquisition strategy before launch. I served as the central point of contact connecting landlords, students, parents, and the development team. I also directed on-campus marketing campaigns at Tulane to increase student awareness and build demand ahead of the platform launch.

I completed a competitive two-week equity markets program focused on investment research and real-world valuation strategies. I built Excel financial models to identify undervalued stocks, analyzed valuations across multiple sectors, and supported investment recommendations to senior portfolio managers. I presented stock valuation research to senior investors and incorporated live feedback.

I won a case competition judged by active real estate developers by presenting a full mixed-use development pitch supported by financial modeling and site analysis. I attended industry speaker events and a New York City real estate trek, gaining direct exposure to real estate professionals and active deals.

I organized large-scale events and dinners, including coordinating a dinner attended by more than 1,800 students to strengthen Jewish life on campus. I collaborated weekly with board leadership on event planning and drove attendance by mobilizing campus networks.

I raised more than $20,000 as Philanthropy Chair by executing Derby Days and partnering with Greek organizations, local bars, and nonprofits. I created revenue streams through t-shirt sales, auctions, and sorority collaborations to benefit the Huntsman Cancer Foundation.

I started all four years as a left midfielder, competing in regional and national tournaments, and scored the game-winning goal in the Louisiana Championship against LSU to secure the conference title.
