I built a company-wide AI-driven Founder Sentiment dashboard, creating the organization’s first shared source of truth for founder feedback. I served as the subject matter expert for the in-house Application Management System (AMS), documented the system, and led training for new hires. I also reduced Wistia licensing costs by approximately $10,000 annually and led end-to-end onboarding through a centralized Notion New Hire Hub.

Jan 2024 – Dec 2025

I built the company’s first company-wide NPS founder-feedback dashboard with AI-driven sentiment analysis and led the Tettra-to-Notion knowledge migration. I co-developed the Accelerator Playbook, established a Best Practices Library, redesigned the retrospective process, and reduced team 1:1 support demand by approximately 90% through centralized Notion and Slack support. I also launched the Peer-Mentor Program and supported operations across more than 15 global accelerator programs.

Nov 2021 – Dec 2023

I provided centralized operational support to 14 accelerator program teams across EMEA and APAC, enabling consistent program delivery. I administered founder surveys across six annual program terms and redesigned the mid-program survey process, reducing setup time by 60%. I also managed global swag sourcing, inventory, and distribution, onboarded program associates and contractors, and developed the Associate Handbook.

Oct 2020 – Oct 2021

I led program operations for a 13-week virtual accelerator in partnership with Hub71 Abu Dhabi. As Interim Program Manager, I facilitated startup selection, mentorship sessions, ecosystem engagements, investor and founder activities, and demo day. I also supported the launch and operational setup of Techstars Riyadh in partnership with MCIT and RAED Ventures.

Dec 2018 – Apr 2019

I managed operations and logistics for an in-person 13-week accelerator program in partnership with GINCO Investments. I coordinated mentor and investor meetings, founder workshops, and demo day activities to support effective program delivery.

Jul 2014 – Feb 2017

I planned and executed a four-month incubation curriculum for early-stage startups across seven cohorts, coordinating program activities and founder support. I supported startup sourcing, application screening, and interviews, while managing the Center’s website, social media, marketing collateral, publications, and documentation. I also led founder and alumni engagement, mentor and investor relationships, and community-building initiatives.

Jan 2011 – Jul 2014

I led onboarding for new-hire content writers and interns and managed an offsite team of content writers. I performed quality control and trained new hires on the company’s in-house Content Management System.

Dec 2008 – Dec 2010

I produced SEO-focused web content and served as a content editor, ensuring written materials met editorial and search optimization requirements.
