I conduct strategic reviews of the payments landscape and delivered an executive digital assets briefing that informed Swift’s announcement of its ledger. I led risk assessment and governance for the ledger MVP design phase, coordinated the business case for multi-year investment, and am leading build-phase risk assessment across business, product, and operations stakeholders. I also define bank archetypes and the go-to-market strategy for scaling the ledger.

I led strategic risk initiatives for large-scale transformation programmes, including the global ISO 20022 migration and enhancement of multi-million-euro product portfolios with AI. I safeguarded business continuity while improving user experience and product quality for more than 11,000 member institutions, and delivered executive presentations translating complex technical and regulatory issues into recommendations adopted by senior leadership. I also served as a standing member of Swift’s AI Governance Forum.
