The Endeavor Global team is looking for a dynamic professional with 4 years of work experience to work in New York servicing a community of 130+ high growth companies in the Fintech space across 40+ markets worldwide. Responsibilities Include:

Portfolio management and entrepreneur support (70%): Deliver Endeavor’s core service offerings to entrepreneurs within the Fintech portfolio, which includes world class companies such as, Ebanx, Kredivo, Brex. Services include mentor introductions, peer to peer connections, in-person & virtual network events, and other curated online/offline touch-points. A particular focus in this function is dedicated to understanding the main challenges, developing and executing the servicing plans for entrepreneurs in the Fintech portfolio, and support with industry-specific content and connections.

Entrepreneur selection (15%): Collaborate with the selection team and Local Offices to prepare candidates for our International Selection Panel (ISP), the final stages of Endeavor’s rigorous selection process. This includes participating in pre-ISP prep calls with candidates, recommending relevant mentors, monitoring the active pipeline of high priority candidates, and serving as a vertical resource for local teams in their selection process. In addition, this role includes leveraging the world-class sector mentors and recruiting additional mentors to serve as panelists in ISPs.

Network management (15%): Manage relationships and experience of existing members of Endeavor’s mentor and subject matter expert networks. Recruit and engage new business leaders / operators in the fintech industry who can add value to the fintech portfolio.


  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience ideally in entrepreneurship, venture capital, consulting, or with a startup
  • Demonstrated interest in fintech and entrepreneurship
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with evaluating business models and go to market strategies
  • Exceptionally strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • High interpersonal and organizational abilities; strong attention to detail
  • Experience investing, working or analyzing companies in the Fintech space is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the United States

  • Competitive salary. Base salary range starting from $75,000.00-$90,000.00 with bonus available. Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
