Our story began back in 2015, when Tenity (formerly F10) was founded in the heart of the Swiss financial center Zurich. Since then, we have grown to four hubs and a global team across Europe and Asia.

- No Bullshit: We work in an incredibly fast-moving space. We need to adapt and evolve – just like the entrepreneurs and innovators we serve. We say it how we see it, we take quick decisions, follow through with them, and we are clear in our expectations. That only works by trusting each other.
- Curiosity is our rocket fuel: Having a kick-ass strategy is key, but execution is where the magic happens. We experiment and when mistakes happen, we know that’s just part of the game. If things don’t work, we are humble, ask for help, go fix it and move on.
