Alpha is purpose built to solve this capital gap for Early-Stage VCs. As a result, Alpha invests in top-tier growth equity rounds led by the world’s best investors. We’re flexible on investment size. We believe in direct communication and transparency with our partners. While we may assist with fundraising, recruiting, and strategic relationships, we rarely take board seats. Experienced at Scale Alpha Partners was founded by experienced early stage venture capital investors and former entrepreneurs with more than 75 years of combined experience. Our team, including our close advisors, have founded and helped to scale multi-billion dollar venture and private equity firms as well as made hundreds of investments themselves. We find that our best introductions come from high-quality referred deals from our friends, our fellow entrepreneurs, and venture firms we often partner with. In evaluating an investment, we weigh leadership team quality, revenue velocity, category leadership, concept simplicity, strategic partner strength, market size and growth. That said, we’ve found that companies over $5 million in annual revenue that are growing tend to stay on that growth path.

We are an Israel-based investment firm focused on early growth stage technology and tech-enabled businesses. Our roots date back to 2016, when we were established by TPG Growth as an investment platform for early growth technology investments in Israel. We continue to serve as Senior Advisors to TPG Growth, and in this context seek opportunities for collaboration on selected large-check, growth stage investments in Israel. Betatron is an early stage Venture Capital firm with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. Typical investments into start-ups range between US$250K and US$2M. Betatron leverages its international network of Venture Capital and corporate investors to help start-ups raise follow on rounds, making us great partners for finding international capital. Targeting Asia’s Fastest Growing Markets BVG’s target markets are characterized by large and young populations, high internet penetration rates, high GDP growth rates and have historically been underserved by early stage VC funds. There is increasing focus from global investors on the tech markets in these countries and BVG is well ahead of the curve to capitalize on this trend.

We believe outlier founders and ideas shape the future of humanity. Our name has changed. Our conviction has deepened. We are excited to share that Sequoia India & Southeast Asia (SEA) will rebrand to Peak XV Partners and will operate as a fully independent firm. Our new name, Peak XV was the original name given to Mount Everest. To us, it signifies the relentless pursuit of audacious goals by our founders, while overcoming challenges along the way. It’s a new beginning for us as Peak XV, but unlike most beginnings, this is an opportunity for us to build on top of the foundation laid over the last 17 years. Our firm will continue to be managed by the present leadership team and will continue to invest from the most recently raised set of funds focused on India and SEA.
