Require:

• Executive summary. One to two pages that describe in the most matter-of-fact language what your company plans to do, why it’s a good idea, and what progress you’ve made so far
• Successfully pass our reasonable due diligence process

Seeking:

• Great Management Team
• SAFE/Convertible Note
• 1-15% equity position based on valuation
• Reasonable ways to protect investment long term: MFN, Pro-Rata Rights, Warrants, Liquidation Preferences
• That Edge Case’s involvement and investment increases the value of the company higher than the equity position granted
• Investments in startups with disruptive technologies, and startups in biotech, fintech, AI, blockchain, crypto, NFT, software, social media, and sustainable energy spaces.
