About WorldChangers
WorldChangers is a curated angel network connecting early-stage tech founders with angel investors. It runs selective batches of up to 20 startups alongside hundreds of investors, offering its services at no cost and without taking equity.
Role
Venture Scouts are the front line of WorldChangers: identifying promising founders, building investor relationships, and maintaining network quality. The work is comparable to junior VC analyst responsibilities from day one.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact promising early-stage tech founders (pre-seed and seed stage)
- Build and maintain angel investor relationships and platform introductions
- Screen startup applications and conduct initial founder interviews
- Contribute to startup evaluation using structured frameworks
- Create short-form educational videos about entrepreneurship, startups, and investing
Requirements
- An existing founder network for direct outreach
- A technical background or strong understanding of tech products
- Genuine curiosity about what makes companies succeed
- Independent work capability
