VII Ventures is a venture capital group investing in entrepreneurs that are accelerating a shift towards a more sustainable and circular economy. We have a proven track-record of nurturing companies and providing our investors with superior returns on their capital. Our strategy is built on putting together diversified portfolios of technology-based ventures led by winners in their segments and supporting those investments through to a successful exit. Our passion is finding those winning companies that focus on solving complex problems. This can be anything from leveraging technology in India’s grocery market through to the production of melanin to produce new energy sources. We help these start-ups by developing long-term strategies that support ambitious growth and create lasting value. Our global portfolio includes companies in the U.S, India, Canada and Europe. The firm has three General Partners and to date has invested in more than 14 leading start-ups. Our Model Invest in winners: Through our seasoned leadership team and robust due diligence, we identify and invest in those companies that have potential to become winners in their segments. Help them scale: We help these companies refine and productize their offering to expand into new markets. We advise Boards and CEOs on making key strategic decisions, defining growth strategies, and attracting other global investors. Successful exit: Every start-up is different, and an exit strategy will always depend highly on the situation. We will work with the company to identify the best exit event including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offering (IPO), and private offering (Secondary exits).

We believe that electrification and digitalization are the backbone of decarbonization and green transformation. Vireo Ventures is a seed- and pre-seed-stage VC. We invest in European tech start-ups that drive electrification. As Vireo we take the long-term view and support our portfolio companies wherever possible. We invest in B2B business models that pave the way towards an electrified and decarbonized world. Energy Supply The energy system is becoming decentral, carbon-neutral, and digital. We invest in startups that support the generation, supply, Power2X (e.g. green hydrogen), trading and optimization of green energy. Mobility Travel and mobility will undergo dramatic changes. Electric transportation will be the norm. We seek startups that support the build-out, utilization and re-usage (circular economy) of the EV and charging infrastructure. Cities & Buildings Continuing urbanization requires transformation of cities. We fund startups driving the management and optimization of (integrated) electrified power, gas, heat and mobility systems (sectoral coupling) of the built environment. Logistics Logistics will evolve to a fully integrated multimodal platform. We look for startups that enable the electrification of (last mile) delivery and innovate operations of logistics. Industry & Mittelstand Operations will be digitalized, electrified, and their carbon footprint significantly reduced. We seek startups that spearhead this fundamental transformation.

At One Ventures finds, funds, and grows teams to catalyze a world where humanity is a net positive to nature. We back early-stage (Seed, Series A) companies that are using disruptive deep tech to upend the unit economics of established industries while dramatically reducing their planetary footprint. We also look for companies that are pioneering new industries that are actively regenerative to planetary health. Lastly, we look for companies that have significant potential to be healthy, scalable businesses, because the positive impacts we invest in only last as long as the businesses that carry them.

ENHANCED PRODUCTIVITY Increase efficiency and productivity improving stakeholders’ collaboration, communication, and coordination through a connected and monitored construction value chain. Make data-driven decisions to maximize efficiency and quality. CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY CHAIN Help the key actors of the industry get the right resources to the right place at the right time for a more efficient construction ecosystem. Drive the construction industry by optimizing resource sourcing, material and fleet tracking and inventory management. CONSTRUCTION'S FUTURE IS NOW Build a better planet with robotics and machine assisted applications, advanced building materials and industrialized construction methodologies to boost productivity, enforce radical efficiency and make the future of construction a reality.
