About the Role
Village Capital is seeking an Investor for a fully remote position based in the US, with a salary range of $85,000–$100,000. The role is focused on impact investing and supporting seed-stage entrepreneurial ecosystems globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate Seed-stage investment opportunities in Village Capital's program areas
- Conduct due diligence on founders including financial review, market assessment, and reference checks
- Support investment memo preparation and portfolio management
- Build relationships with founders, co-investors, and ecosystem participants globally
- Contribute to VilCap's programmatic and investment strategy
Requirements
- Experience in venture capital, impact investing, investment banking, or consulting
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Commitment to Village Capital's mission of supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
